How are your communication skills?
Our clients come from extremely diverse backgrounds and their technical knowledge spans from "what is a mouse?" to highly technologically educated. Can you explain the solutions you design without making their eyes glaze over? Are you able to recognize communication gaps and adapt?​

What is a client to you? Really.
Seeing our clients as more than a $ and more than just a project is one of our foundational values. Are you able to listen to our clients and see a vision for their future? Are you capable of listening to simple conversation and picking up on key words that tell you to watch their growth? Are you capable of telling a client what your thoughts are concerning their IT future and being able to give solid business reasoning? Can you be an amazing relationship manager besides the IT superhero you must be if you are still reading?
